A very proud mama moment :) Theo started experimenting with solids a little over a week ago. We started with #avocado, of course, to solidify his Mexican roots! and have since tried sweet potato, carrots, peaches, banana, pears, and now #spinach! He’s loved every one of them. I’ve also managed to #bulkcook some veggies into 1-2 ounce servings. Both carrots and sweet potatoes took about 1.5 hours, only because the sweet potato had to cook for an hour. It’s a hot one today! Enjoy this #Mango #Pineapple #Spinach #Mint #Icepop!! No added sugars. I swear, you won’t even taste the spinach! Delicious and nutritious. 
Blend about 4 cups of fresh or frozen fruit- 2 cups of mango, 1 cup of pineapple, 1 cup of spinach (tightly packed), and a handful of fresh mint. Blend and stir as needed. Add a little water to blend easier, but not too much! Makes 10 3-ounce popsicles. #yummy!!!!
