#Jicama is like eating slightly sweet, crunchy water. So good! It’s a root vegetable that kind of looks like a round turnip. Half of its calories come from #fiber, so even though it’s very #lowcalorie it’s very filling. I love to munch on it as a snack because it’s perfect on the go.
