Yes, ‘tis the season of #pumpkin everything! One of my favorite things about pumpkin are actually the #seeds or “#pepitas.” They are packed with #healthyfats, #fiber, #iron and #protein. They also have #tryptophan, which helps release #serotonin that balances #mood (the happy seed! :) I usually add them to yogurt, toss them in a salad, make muesli with them, eat them as a snack, or use them as a topping on (healthy) pancakes and french toast.
