One cup has about 40 calories, 3 grams of #fiber, and 3 grams of #protein with a ton of #VitaminK, #VitaminC, #folate, and #vitaminB6. Because of their #sulfur content, they help #detox the body as well! TO COOK: Cut in half and boil for 1-2 minutes. Coat in olive oil, pepper, and sea salt. Roast for 25-30 minutes at 400F.
