Haven’t been feeling so hot lately- congested/cold/cough, you name it. So when I got a craving for #sushi, I took it! A few things to keep in mind when ordering rolls: 1) stay away from “crunchy” unless it’s veggies, usually it just means fried; 2) avoid cheeses, creams, and mayo- we eat too much of it anyways!; 3) opt for brown rice for extra fiber and micronutrients.
