Power Session Intro
Power sessions are single session commitments that take a deep dive into your nutritional and lifestyle needs and goals. Initial talks are 75 minutes long and follow-ups are 45 minutes.
Power sessions are for those individuals who want flexibility between sessions as well as feel equipped to follow the suggestions more independently. Follow-up power sessions are scheduled within 2-4 weeks from the initial. This will be determined at the end of each session, keeping your overall goals in mind.
Power sessions include:
Written out recommendations as well as handouts pertinent to your needs
You can expect each session to include most or all of the below:
medical nutrition therapy review
assessment of most recent lab, suggestions on meal structure, planning, and scheduling
intuitive eating guidelines
food/pantry/grocery suggestions
food preparation tips
portion control & calorie guidelines, if warranted
cognitive behavior therapy techniques as they relate to weight management and maintenance
food labels, deciphering ingredients
dietary supplements
healthy traveling and eating out, including on-the-go snacks
lifestyle considerations: movement, relationships (with people or food itself), stress, sleep, and finding a healthy medium
INTRO PACKET INCLUDES:
Initial power session (75 minutes) + 1 follow up power session (45 minutes)

Summary. After each session, you’ll get an email recap including notes, handouts, links, and any other necessary tools.
SuperBills (when requested). These are bills that include reason for visit, diagnosis, and appropriate codes to submit to your healthcare provider or under FlexSpending. Most of my clients have been partially or fully reimbursed. I would suggest calling your insurance provider for more information.
