Whether you started with Power Sessions or Coaching Programs, you can choose from one of the following options. The idea is that you choose a type of session structure that would benefit your individual goals and needs.

POWER SESSIONS are single session follow ups that offer more flexibility and require independence. If you purchase a package, I suggest meeting every 3-4 weeks.

• SINGLE FOLLOW UP POWER SESSION (45 minutes): $149

  • To be used within 1 month of purchase

• 3 PACK FOLLOW UP POWER SESSIONS (3 - 45 minute sessions): $390

  • To be used within 3 months of purchase

FOLLOW UP COACHING PACKAGES offers more structure, accountability, and support between sessions. Sessions are scheduled in advance every 2 weeks.

• 3 MONTH COACHING (6 - 40 minute sessions): $685

• 6 MONTH COACHING (12 - 40 minute sessions): $1275
